Sid and sprouts are yummy but the doctors visit doesn't sound good. He does look good there with the sprouts though. Maybe it wasn't him after all at the hospital in Pitt. Maybe the guys mom was mistaken.

I think it would be a bit of a coincidence for someone to mistakingly have spotted him at the hospital in Pitt before anyone knew he was there and then for him to be spotted in a grocery store later. Guy sounds pretty sure it was him too.

I can believe he is here in Pitt. The girl in the pic is wearing an IUP hat and there's a Terrible Towel hanging in the background. You probably could find a terrible towel in NS somewhere, but pretty sure no one is going to come all the way to Pittsburgh to go to IUP....just saying. Now the thing to figure out is which doctor he was seeing. People always jump to conclusions, but do not realize that UPMC Presby, Shdayside, and Mercy have MANY physicians offices in their hospitals. Especially Presby! Trust me, I did my clinicals there and know it for a fact. Does anyone know what office he was spotted at by this person or what floor?

I think it was a doctors appointment but i just think its odd. I don't ever remember him going to Pitt for a doctors visit during a vacation before. He's working out though so i'm not that worried.

It's odd, but I'm thinking since he finished his house, he may spend more time here in the summers....or maybe he also came back to meet with the new GM and coach....who knows. I think he did all of his doctor appointments that week before the olympic camp when everyone went bananas over the skipping the line at the dmv thing. He is looking mighty fine though this summer. I'm hoping I may catch a glimpse of him in the fall since I'm moving back to the city...One can only hope!

Wait a minute....when is Mario's annual golf thing he does?? Maybe that's why he is in town? I have noticed he hasn't done much of that this summer. Probably putting all of his focus into training. I also think he may be helping with getting Taylor ready for college. I wouldn't be surprised if we hear news in August that he was spotted there. I'm thinking he is going to make a huge comeback this coming season.
