I've been taking my jerseys out of their garment bags to prepare for the upcoming regular season and giving them a second cleaning (I clean them twice - once before storing them and again when they come out for next season). Anyway, the only ones I've cleaned so far are my two Paul Martin Sharks jerseys (teal home one and the black third jersey). It was cold this morning (I practically live in hockey jerseys during fall/winter) and I put on the black jersey, which went well with my leggings. The outfit kept me warm and looked cute, but got quite a few stares while I did grocery shopping and errands. The funny part came when I finished grocery shopping and was halfway to the parking lot when I realized I'd forgotten to pick up chili beans (can't make chili without them). Went back inside the store and spotted a guy wearing a Kessel jersey. He and his wife gave me the strangest looks, which I responded with a grin and waved. Lord knows what they were thinking, but I must admit their staring amused me. I should wear the thing more often, especially when I feel smart alecky. I promise to clean my Pens jerseys this weekend, though...if not sooner. Save
