Sid's Bars 1/2 c Butter 1/2 c Lightly-packed brown sugar 1/2 c Corn syrup 6 c Corn flakes cereal 1 pkg Peanut butter chips ~divided in half. 1 c Semi-sweet chocolate chips Preparation Bring butter, brown sugar and corn syrup to a boil over medium heat; remove. Stir in 1 cup of the peanut butter chips; mix well. Stir in Corn Flakes cereal. Press into greased 13 x 9 inch (3.5L) pan. Melt remaining peanut butter chips and chocolate chips gently microwave. Spread evenly over bars. Chill to set chocolate. Cut into bars. Source: Hershey Chipits Reese Peanut Butter Chips package.
Please note I often increase the corn syrup to 3/4 cup and short the corn flakes to 5 cups . It makes them more chewy.

Tiramisu Cannoli
Makes 12 cannoli
INGREDIENTS
12 pre-made cannoli shells 6 egg Yolks 1 1/4 cups white sugar 3/4 tsp instant coffee, crushed to powder 1 1/4 cups mascarpone cheese 1 3/4 cups heavy whipping cream 1 Tbsp Kahlua or Bailey’s (optional) chocolate syrup mini chocolate chips DIRECTIONS
1) Combine egg yolks and sugar in the top of a double boiler, over boiling water. Add in instant coffee. Reduce heat to low, and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and whip yolks until thick, about 2 or 3 minutes.
2) Add mascarpone to whipped yolks. Beat until combined. In a separate bowl, whip cream to stiff peaks.Add Kahlua or Bailey's. Gently fold into yolk mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3) Fill cannoli shells with mixture. This is easily done with a pastry bag.
4) Set in serving dish or tray, side by side. When finished decorate with powered sugar and cocoa or drizzle chocolate syrup and sprinkls with mini chocolate chips.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.

Is there anything better than peanut butter and chocolate?? I wish I could make these for work. I'll have to wait for a non-work event, otherwise I will eat them all myself.

You can not crush them and make them like haystacks or no-back drop cookies...we call them "welfare cookies" lol You can look at recipes to see if you can sub for peanut butter instead of pieces.
I have like a ton of recipes I'll add tomorrow. Baked goods and real food. lol

Cookies that you don't have to bake are the best kind of cookies. I was actually gonna make haystack cookies yesterday but I couldn't with five kids here :/ maybe tomorrow.

I have some great bake able cookies too. I found a great recipe for "Som'bitches" from How I Met Your Mother. Plus I have a recipe for "Pie Liek Cake" it's so gooey. People call them brownies bc I've subbed with German chocolate. Ok I'll get on my laptop and post a slew of recipes.
